Executive Assistant / Senior Secretary

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to provide executive and personal assistance to our Managing Director and secretarial and diary management support to our Executive Director.

This is not a typical EA role, and we are looking for a person with loads of energy, who is dynamic and can get amazing things done in a day!

There are often events to attend, names to remember and weekend preparations for the week ahead from time to time, so our successful applicant will have some flexibility in their availability. This EA always makes sure they are one step ahead of the MD and his demanding schedule.

Our client services and administration team report into this role, so it is important to us that the successful applicant has had experience managing a small team. The successful candidate will have held a senior secretarial / assistant role in the past and be technically competent. This is an ideal role for you if you love diversity in your day, dealing with a variety of people and having the autonomy to organise yourself and others.

To be successful in the role you will be also need to demonstrate the ability to:
Juggle many and competing priorities Provide a high level of support for more than one executive Anticipate needs and keep up with a fast paced environment Be empathetic and continue to be open in your communication when things get challenging
