Omnilab Media is looking for an experienced Team & Talent Manager for the business. The focus of this role is to provide consulting support to the business units and head office to:
Ensure that talent sourcing and retention activities within business units are completed according to the standards set. Provide advice on all matters relating to individuals and teams. Actively gain input from business unit leaders and teams which informs people strategy within the businesses across the Group. Some of the primary functions would see you in the following activities: Communicating and networking within the internal and external community to ensure a switched on group of industry professionals are known to you. Sourcing and recruiting industry professionals according to project plans and pipeline milestones. Selecting industry professionals using skills tests, behavioural interviewing techniques, reference checking and network feedback. Coordinating the training & professional development of industry professionals to ensure they have the skills level required for the project they are allocated to, and the stage of the pipeline they will be working on.
Performance management of industry professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the project pipeline. Grievance, conflict resolution and industrial relations counselling.
To be successful in the role you will be able to show that you:
have developed your people skills to the point where you are actively involved in influencing at senior and executive level. are experienced as a Human Resources Manager in a SME in a creative or similar environment. are focused on providing high levels of internal customer service. are willing to take ownership and be held accountable. can display a sound business judgment and decision making capability. have coordinated a team who are regionally located.
