Omnilab Media is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Client Services Assistants for our Yurong Street, East Sydney offices.
Our Receptionists are responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the Reception Desk, operating the Switchboard, helping with client services and assisting the teams of multiple Omnilab Media business units with day to day administrative tasks as required.
Primary Functions include:
Coordinating the Reception Desk. Meeting and greeting Clients. Operating the Shoretel Switchboard. Arranging Couriers. Distributing and Franking Mail. Providing administration support to the business unit teams as required.
To be successful in the role you will also need to demonstrate the ability to:
Juggle many and competing priorities Provide a high level of support for multiple customers Anticipate needs and keep up with a fast paced environment Be empathetic and continue to be open in your communication when things get challenging. Provide administrative support for production as required Perform general office duties as required. Computer PC proficiency with some Word and Excel knowledge Previous experience on reception or within a hospitality environment would be an advantage.
Reception has two shifts as our office hours are between 8am and 7pm. You will be working closely with another receptionist and a team of administrative staff.
You must to be able to take directives and demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain open and honest communication at all levels.
