In the late 90’s Christopher’s vision was to vertically integrate, which he has. He is proud that the company attracts the top talent and has great relationships with its clients, partners and suppliers. He has built the business into the largest supplier of comprehensive services to the broadcast, production and advertising industries.
A couple of milestones; In '02, he won the contract for production services and playout for the Movie Network Channels and built the independent playout and production services business, The Playroom. In '03 he bought Singtel Optus's Video Operations Centre and won the outsourced services of MTV, Ovation, Odyssey, ACC and Sky News.
In '05 he de listed the Digital Media divisions of AAV Limited in Syd, Melb, and NZ. '07 acquired multi award winning Oktobor. '08 spearheaded a partnership with KMM, the company behind Happy Feet, Babe and Mad Max, in a new Australian based digital film company, Dr D.
He continues to develop intellectual property in both technology and content and recently licensed its Websend print distribution software into the UK, Canada, USA, South Africa and Asian territories making Omnilab Media with its global partners the second largest distributor of print material in the world.
In content his portfolio develops by partnering with the best creative and financial talent around the world. His recent Executive Producer credits The Bank Job (director Roger Donaldson, starring Jason Statham), “W” (director Oliver Stone, starring Josh Browlin), The Messenger (director Oren Moverman, starring Woody Harrelson, Ben Foster), In Her Skin (Guy Pearce, Sam Neill, Miranda Otto). Dying Breed, (Nathan Phillips, Leigh Whannell), Closed for Winter (starring Nathalie Imbruglia).
He develops, multiple “Media Hub” properties in Sydney and Melbourne housing a number of his own businesses, media industry public companies and MTV Networks Australia.
